Poor Thor abandoned twice is hoping for better luck – Reserved
Thor is a gorgeous and stunning boy who has known rejection too often in his first two years.
Thor is a mixed breed street dog who appears to have some of the Chow Chow breed in him or something similar.
He is medium build in size although we suspect that he will be more on the small to medium size once he gets he gets his first proper grooming trim.
We do not know a great deal about Thor’s history save for the fact that he first came on the radar a few short months back when he was dumped at the shelter.
The shelter managed to find someone who was prepared to take him in for a while but they too gave up on him and took him back to the shelter.
Thor is a friendly boy and while he was timid at first he is now settling in well with the other dogs in foster care.
We estimate Thor’s age to be around three years old and he is fit and healthy.
He is a boy in obvious need of secure and safe future and so we agreed to take him into the Animal Friends of Turkey foster home network.
He loves his cuddles and is a joy to be with. He is a proper cuddly teddy bear of a dog.
He has a lovely calm nature and he has already been tested successfully with young children.
He has yet to be cat tested and the one thing we have noticed is that he does not like shouting or sudden loud noises, but then who of us does.
We are now readying Thor for his journey to the UK and to a new forever home of his own.
We expect this will be around the turn of the year.
