Loving Dolly left behind is now living in the lap of luxury

Dolly watched while all her siblings found new homes until finally she was left all alone. She is alone no more and she is living with her new loving family new Yeovil in Somerset. This is her original story …

Dolly is a beautiful, playful and loving girl who is yearning for just one thing – a loving forever home of her own in the UK.

Dolly is now approaching six months and was one of a litter of pups born to a girl who was rescued from the streets.

Her Mum was heavily pregnant when she was taken in by a kind ex-pat gentlemen who could see that she was struggling to survive in her condition.

He took her to the vet who told him that she was likely to have 2-3 pups. In the end she finished up having seven healthy young pups and Dolly was among them.

Dolly loves nothing better than having her cuddles

He bravely decided to take all of them in and to care for them until they were big enough and strong enough to be found homes elsewhere.

He succeeded in finding good homes for most of them but for some reason sweet Dolly was the pup that was left behind.

It was then that we were approached at Animal Friends of Turkey to see if we could help and we are happy to oblige.

Dolly is now living in our foster care network where she is doing fine.

Dolly is a sweet and sociable girl

Dolly is a Kangol-cross which will mean she is likely to grow into a dog on the large side.

She is showing all the wonderful character traits of the Kangol – loyal to all around her, loving and calm.

She lived with four cats with the man who first helped her and she got on extremely well with them. She is also getting on really well with the other dogs in foster care.

Dolly is likely to grow into a big girl

She is already well trained on the lead and loves her walks.

She loves nothing better than a cuddle on the sofa and she is a very easy going and sociable girl.

She just needs the chance of a home.

Dolly is great with other dogs and with cats

Work has now started to prepare her for her journey to the UK later this Summer and to her new forever home in the UK.
