Meet Lola – a gentle and loving 10-month-old girl

Just one look at Lola and you can see the love in her eyes.

Lola was one of a pair of dogs found abandoned by a mosque back in May and left in quite appalling condition.  She was malnourished, matted and generally in poor condition.  Fortunately she was spotted by one of our animal volunteers in Turkey, they saved her life that day.

She was taken straight to the vet where life saving treatment was administered for many days.  When she was well enough  she was taken into the home of lovely  foster carers Sue & Mike Cato where she has been living as part of the family ever since.

As you can see she is now in good condition and she has turned out to be ideal family pet.

She is gentle and can be a might shy but she loves nothing more than cuddles on the sofa and lots of love.  She lives happily with other dogs and cats, and she has shown herself to be good with children.  We are sure that once she arrives in her forever home that she will blossom in confidence and grow into a smashing family member.

She has had all her injections, has been neutered and will be fully ready with passport in paw for her journey back to the UK later this year in time for Christmas.

Lola is lucky enough to have found a fabulous home and will be joining Paumuk another of AFOT’s success stories.
